What payment methods are accepted?

Our online shop utilizes the Google Wallet and PayPal payment systems, accepting:

  • Visa Debit, Credit and Gift Cards
  • MasterCard Debit, Credit and Gift Cards
  • Discover/NOVUS Credit and Gift Cards
  • American Express Charge, Credit and Gift Cards

We accept all of the aforementioned payments in-person, by mail or facsimile, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover/NOVUS, and American Express independently of the payment services listed.

Products we make available through other online shops will utilize their payment options.

Can I use your mail/facsimile order form?

Our mail/facsimile order form can only be used in countries where customers are allowed to encrypt sensitive information when placing an order with us. Some countries, while not excluded from shipping, can only use our online shop to place an order.

If billing information is from any of these regions, our mail/facsimile form cannot be used:

Mailed Payments

We accept bills of exchange (personal or business checks (cheques), money orders and cashier's checks) drafted in United States Dollars. When a payment is made using one of these methods, it must be received within thirty (30) days of the order placement date. After that time elapses or if there is no communication from the customer, an order may be cancelled.

How do I cancel an order?

Contact us to cancel an order before it ships. After an order ships, customers may refuse delivery to receive a full refund excluding any shipping and handling fees. If refusal of delivery is not an option, the customer must pay to ship an order back to us; we do not reimburse fees for returns of this nature.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Sales tax is assessed in Washington, D.C.

What happens if I have difficulty paying for an order?

We understand if customers are unable to pay for products and services in a timely manner and do not add fees or surcharges of any kind to request additional time or to accommodate customers' needs. Each customer will be offered solutions based on their circumstances. If a refund is requested, it will take up to two weeks to process.

I am ordering on behalf of the Federal Government of the United States; how do I remove tax?

Place an order as you normally would; we must manually remove tax assessed for Federal Government purchases. If you are unable to leave a note when placing an order, contact us.

Assessed tax will be:

  • Reversed using the payment method made or
  • Refunded via Check, sent Certified Mail

Do you price-match other online or offline stores offering the same products or services?

Price-matching is not offered. Many of the products we sale are exclusives.

If I order outside the United States, will I be assessed (value-added) tax?

Because each country has unique laws governing exports and imports, a country may levy a tax on an order, regardless if it is for personal or commercial use.

If I order outside the United States, will I be assessed surcharges?

Some creditors (banks) add a surcharge for the conversion of one currency to another. All orders are charged in United States Dollars.

Do you charge order cancellation fees?

No.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No.

Do you charge for pre- or back-orders? What about "special purchase" items?

Online: Yes. Google Wallet and PayPal are configured to authorize and charge customers immediately, regardless if a product or service is readily available or not.

Mail/Facsimile: No. We authorize but not charge a payment method until an order is ready in part or whole.

Mailed Payments: No. We will not deposit mailed payments until an order is ready in part or whole.

Customers may request an order cancellation for a full refund anytime prior to shipping any part of an order but not after any part of an order ships.
